Browsing Engadget today, I found a something I have been waiting for and wondered why nobody thought of it earlier. According to an article at bit-tech.com, they ran across this video card at the Asus booth at Computex.

There aren’t many details, but the article quotes Asus as saying that it would have a range of 100m in an open space with a line of sight, over four channels at 2.4GHz. This would be super for those that don’t want another PC in the Living Room to the the Media Center thing! You could stream your movies through the kitchen and Whammo, watch em’ in the living room.
