Microsoft IE for Mac is no more

It looks like as of December 31st this year, there will be no more support for Microsoft Internet Explorer on Mac computers.

Although this is not the biggest shock since IE has not had an upgrade on Mac for many years, it still is a pretty good hit as some webpages are still IE only. Microsoft is recommending users switch to a newer Safari version.

  • No great loss to me. I wouldn't even think of using IE on my iBook. If it won't work in Safari or Firefox, then I have no use for it!
