Xbox modders jailed

In California, 3 men were arrested for selling modded xBox consoles. Two of the men run a gamestore and the third was the one modding the machines. He would pick them up from the store and install a mod chip and hard drive to allow unauthorized games to be stored and played off the hard drive.

People have been modding Xbox consoles for a long time, which is still wrong, but these guys were selling the modded Xbox consoles at a good profit. Unconfirmed reports are that they also were preloaded with some games already.
