The new Canon ZR500, ZR600, ZR700 and Elura 100 Camcorder are smaller, lighter, and come with a bunch of new features.     

These HR (High Resolution) models will feature a 2.7 inch wide screen LCD.

The HR video gives the ability to use the full viewing area of a wide screen television and make the picture look even better than before.

All this and more have been carefully crammed into a fairly small video camera that will fit in a coat pocket.

Estimated MSRP start at $299 and go to about $399.
