It\'s is possible that the information within this article is now out of date or updated.

T800.jpg Just the other day I was talking with a friend and Brighthand and our buddy Ed Hardy turned up as a subject of conversation. We were just noticing how quiet Brighthand has been. (could it be that there has been less PocketPC buzz lately?) Well Ed’s back! It’s been a while since I have heard these words, " According to the information leaked to Brighthand……" Today, I have a quote from Brighthand:

"According to the information leaked to Brighthand, Fujitsu-Siemens will unveil a very high-end smartphone loaded with features this summer."

The photo to the right is what we are calling the Pocket Loox T800. It appears to be a nice phone. It also appears to me at first glance as an ugly machine that looks as big as a laptop, but the features in Brighthand’s article look mighty impressive.

  • 240×240 Display (I guess I might have to get used to the square or almost square screen, they don’t seem to be going away)
  • Windows Mobile 5
  • 416mhz Xscale Processor ( Yippeee!!!)
  • Wi-Fi (802.11b/g)
  • Bluetooth 2.0
  • SiRF III Integrated GPS
  • 2 Camera

That’a alot of features!!!
