Attention Device Manufacturers:

Can we stop using generic power sources for our devices, at least spend a little extra to get your logo or name branded on them somewhere.

You see, the problem is that some of us gadget geeks like to keep stuff. I have 2 drawers full of old cases, devices, sync cables, power cords, etc! The problem exists when I need to dig something out, what the hell goes with what? In this photo below, you can see I started using plastic bags to store and label old cables, power supplies, and cradles. I go through so much junk that I have a hard time keeping up and have abandoned the fight.

The only thing I can recognize right when I look into the mess of wires is my Kjam power cord. I only recognize this because of the foreign adapter I had to use!

So PLEASE, lets start putting some kind of labeling on these! Most of these power cords have some company I have never heard of.

I simply purchased a LaberWriter to make my own labels for my power cords, since most have that big butt box for the plug itself.

Ample room, and that way I know where and what to look for. Another option, is that you can use a Silver Marker to indicate what those plugs are for. Works great on the black casing.

Agreed, but most of those are with the smaller companies.

My PSP, iPod, Dell Axims, Canon, and Logitech ones are all labeled :)
