Apparently at the 3GSM Mobile Conference in Barcelona, the , NEC 500is, which looks to be a front runner to take some market share away from the ever so popular Motorola RAZR.

"At only 11.9 mm thick, the EDGE enabled GSM phone has a 176×220 LCD, a monochrome OLED secondary display, and a 1.3 megapixel camera, stuffed into it’s slim frame. This may be a re-engineering of the NEC L1, but details are ’slim’ now, yet we expect NEC to reveal more information on the 500is later this month during 3GSM in Barcelona."
