Solio is a portable solar powered charging solution that appears to have Apple’s attention and has iPod Marketing behind it, but it can be used with a variety of gadgets. According to their website, this works with Cell phones, iPods/MP3 players, Digital cameras, PDAs, and GPSs. 

From the Apple Store, "Better Energy Systems’ Solio is the world’s most advanced and environmentally friendly solar charger for the iPod and iPod mini. By using the sun’s immense source of power, it frees you from the need to charge your iPod at fixed locations. It also offers the alternative of being charged from a wall socket, so you can use it as a fully versatile portable battery pack."
