If it did, the simple answer is "because enough people think it's entertaining that it's worthwhile to make and sell the shirt." And it's not like people will automatically buy the shirt and walk around the rough neighborhoods with their expensive music player stuck to their shirts. You don't wear a bikini in the snow. You don't wear a parka to sunbathe. Why? Because you're smart enough to realize that while the item of clothing in question is appropriate at some times, it's not appropriate at others. And it’s not like people will automatically buy the shirt and walk around the rough neighborhoods with their expensive music player stuck to their shirts. You don’t wear a bikini in the snow. I think it is a question of why? Who wants to walk around with their rubbish Ipod (no offence to Ipod owners) hanging off a T-shirt with a big I on it along with shirt just to point out it is actually a shirt. Plus, isn't it a bit vulnerable to thieves if you just walk around showing of your Ipod on your shirt. (The adverts in English cinemas about showing off money comes to mind here!!)
