Cool, everyone having GPS can be kind of scary if you think about it. I'm a cyclist and this looks quite cool - but I do have my PDA and really it would be pointless to get one fo these (knowing how expensive it would be).

You know, I've been eyeballing those wrist GPS devices now for over a year, and I still can't bring myself to buy them. Simple reasons really, but they matter, ... a LOT.

Batteries. I need to be able to use AAA type, not lith-ion rechargables. I have weeks at a time when I'm out in the field and have zero access to an AC outlet.

MGRS. Not everyone uses Lat-Long for coordinate system. I prefer the MGRS system.

Map Display. I also prefer to have a map view of the topographical terrain in my area on my GPS.

Because of these, I went more with the Garmin GPSMap60 instead. Wonderful, though I'm noticing that there are a couple of times where the maps aren't matching up with the GPS pointer for where I'm at. Off by around 500 meters at times. Probably just data errors on the map, but you never know these days.
