Engadget has some hands on photos of the HTC Hermes online now.

Specs: 300MHz Samsung processor, 128MB flash and 64MB memory, 2.8-inch display, 802.11b/g, Bluetooth 2.0, MicroSD, 2.1 megapixel camera, and a secondary videoconferencing camera.

On a side note I want to ask Ryan why he carries a RAZR with all the cool phones he has access to?
UPDATE : One of Engadget’s European correspondants uses a RAZR, Ryan uses the same phone I am currently back to, the i-mate Kjam.
