This interesting new product from Kokuyo could keep your laptop from walking away from you and could be a lot fun as well.   The Filsafer is a PCMCIA card for your laptop that will make it let out a 110 dB scream if it is moved.  Just imagine using this thing to mess with your friends!  The card uses your laptop’s speakers to produce the sound and thwart crooks.   I can see now that this would be a dangerous product for me to try to use as I would probably set it off by accident regularly and scare myself nearly to death.
