Scratch proof your nano

Instead of a traditional case, J & R is offering a protective painted plastic coating called X2 on its iPod nanos in several different color schemes.  The coating will set you back an extra sixty-five bucks, but at least you won’t have to contend with scratches.  J & R cleans the nanos, then paints and cures them with UV light.  The finish is said not to fade or crack.  It is a very interesting solution and the result is nanos in six different scratch resistant color combinations.
