In honor of the late great Douglas Adams, the hoopy froods at Astraware are celebrating Towel Day on 25th May. A hoopy frood was described by Adams in The Hitch-hiker’s Guide to the Galaxy as someone ‘who really knows where their towel is‘!

All across the world today, people are proudly displaying their towels. Zaphod Tomlinson, CEO of Astraware had this to say on the subject: "Douglas Adams changed our lives – great writing that makes you look at the world from a whole new standpoint, maybe even two standpoints at once, which is cool but gives you a double headache."

Our friends at Astraware coniue to have a great time at work while producing those incredible games we love. The only question I have is: "How many heads does Howard really have"?

  • Wow. Cool. I love Douglas Adams. I used to hate to "read" as a kid and teen, but when I got my hand on "the hitchhiker's guide to the Galaxy", I was hooked. I now have all his stuff and a special edition hard back with several books in one. I will note that the recent movie sucked.
