I know this is a little bit removed from mobility but most of us have a PC we go back to now and then and you might as well have one that can do the buisness.

Toms hardware guide has an excellent article on building your own dual 4 GHz gaming rig for 600 Euros. It seems that the important step is getting hold of a processor device with cores designed for a much faster clock speed than their nominal rating and over clocking them to speeds of up to 4 GHz.
