It gives you the following error when you run it: "The contents of this file cannot be unpacked. The executable you are attempting to run has been corrupted. Please obtain another copy of the file, verify its integrity, and try again." The 2.25 ROM file is 39.5MB in size while the 1.8 ROM update was 53.7MB it seems that the file is not complete for download. The file posted on the HTC web site is corrupt. Several users (myself included) have downloaded the 39 MB version and report that it's corrupted. There's a thread also in Cingular's forums with some clueless reps from HTC stating that the update is still in dev, and others stating that there's no ETA for the fix.
