It\'s is possible that the information within this article is now out of date or updated.

The Acer n311is a  solid, no-frills handheld, the 400Mhz processor seems to be more than adequate to keep things moving along nicely, and there’s a decent amount of built-in memory.  The large, high-resolution screen is another plus point coupled with the price this model will interest more than just few people.

The n310 is the cut down version of its big brother, it lacks Wi-Fi, has less user-accessible memory, a slower processor and is supplied without a docking cradle. This device is aimed more at the entry level PDA market. A strong plus point for both devices is the physical size and weight which truly make these models pocket size.

The Acer n310 and n311 is now available in the uk and there is a good review on Cnet

I have been using one these every day for over a month now for work and it's been very reliable so far; mine is loaded with quite alot of software (mainly to see if I could slow it down) but it still runs quickly and I have found the battery life better than I expected.
