Another HTC Hermes variant hits the streets, the Orange SPV M3100

"Powered by Microsoft Windows Mobile 5.0 for Pocket PC Phone Edition, the SPV M3100 supports Orange’s push E-Mail solution, Orange Mail, as well as Direct Push functionality available with the Microsoft Messaging and Security Feature Pack (MSFP), which provides users with immediate access to Outlook information on the move. Users can also access everyday business applications like Word Mobile, Excel Mobile and calendar functions, making the SPVM3100 the ultimate solution for business travelers."

The SPV M3100 will be launched in a phased rollout across most of Orange’s European footprint:

  • Switzerland and the UK – August 2006
  • France and Romania – September 2006
  • Slovakia and Spain – Q4 2006
