Apple, Creative Bury The Axe, Resolve Differences

Apple Comuters and Creative Technology have resolved their lawsuits surrounding patent infringements according to CNN. Apple has agreed to pay Creative $100 million to settle all lawsuits surrounding iPods and agreed to drop their countersuits. This eliminates the possibility of a ban on iPod imports.
