We've never lost power since I've had the Xantrex - but recently (yesterday) it constantly says there is a power failure and the lights go blue and it switches to battery. If you unplug it and plug it back in - it gets power - etc. and then goes back to ac for about 10 minutes. Could our power not be in the right range? I have noticed some utility work in the area yesterday - but it started again this morning and still won't go back to being off battery. Any thoughts?
