Samsung’s thinnest phone ever has hit the UK stores,

Amazingly thin, but impressively full featured,  The X820 measures just 6.9mm thick and weighs a pocket-friendly 66g.

Don’t be deceived though, that dinky frame hides some heavyweight features – from a 2-megapixel camera, to high speed EDGE connectivity, Bluetooth and even a document viewer.

There’s 80MB of internal memory too, and a built in music player with power amp for superb sound quality.

Part of Samsung’s Ultra Edition range, the mobile measures up at the same thickness as a nano and is already slinking into Carphone Warehouse stores.

You can get your hands on one for a shade under £150 if you’re of the pre-pay persuasion, or gratis with selected contracts.
