Pharos Drives Out Two GPS Systems

preloaded maps of the US and Canada on a 2GB SD card along with the Pharos OSTIA navigation software. The 135 includes a 3.5" touchscreen and SiRFstar III chipset for an entry-level $350.
The $550 Drive GPS 140 bumps the screen size up to 4" for a not yet announced picture and video playpack, adds Bluetooth for hands-free calling , and support for MP3 audio. Expect both to arrive in retail showrooms by the end of the month.
