Aving USA had a neat phone today from Samsung Electronics Co.  This dual standby phone will  allow users to access both CDMA and GSM networks simultaneously in a handset without switching SIM cards or handsets….just one problem…it appears as if it is only going to be in China market.

The SCH-W579 enhances roaming capabilities and offers wider network coverage. The mobile conveniently seeks both CDMA and GSM networks at the same time, all the time, allowing you to access the optimal signal for your calling needs.
Measuring a mere 94.5 x 54 x 21.15mm, the SCH-W579 not only enables connectivity to dual-band CDMA and tri-band GSM networks; it also offers connections with USB 1.1, Bluetooth 1.2, and WAP 2.0.

The gigantic 2.6″ touch screen allows users to select items with a slight tap, or to input handwriting directly onto the TFT display. And SCH-W579 includes a 2 Megapixel camera with flash and a music player.
