Daron Brewood from WinMobile.com has a well written review on the Pocket LOOX T830 from Fujitsu-Siemens.  A device sporting Microsoft Windows Mobile 5.0 Phone Edition, E-mail push based on Windows Mobile Direct Push, Wi-Fi certified WLAN 802.11 b/g, Bluetooth V2.0, VoIP via integrated WLAN and/or UMTS, Built-in VGA camera for UMTS video telephony and 2 Megapixel auto focus camera.

It has a lot of features but Daron feels it is a little large but he seemed to get over that.  In part, Daron said:

One of the more interesting and unique devices to hit the market is the Fujitsu-Siemens Pocket LOOX T830, which appears to be designed on JOAT (Jack Of All Trades) principles, offering the best of all worlds, instant communication, speed, and connectivity. Have FSC designed a machine which can achieve those goals and hit a top position in the market?
