Geekzone had a post on a neat little application called PhotoCaller by DXmobile

For 8 bucks it might well be worth a try so you can call your 9 favorite folks at a glance.

Overview

Now you can create a photo list with your 9 favorite persons that you have in your telephone contact list. You can easily call them with your Pocket PC hardware keys.
