TwinMOS launched 4GB miniSDHC cards to meet high capacity market trend.

SDHC (SD High Capacity) is defined by SD association and also a new name of high capacity. The capacity of SDHC is from 4GB to 32GB that there are three levels including : Class2; Class4 ; and Class6. 

TwinMOS’s 4GB miniSDHC supports SD2.0 specification and is compatible with SD slots by adapter. Low power consumption and single/dual channel with high performance will be the best choice of digital players.
