What a catchy post title. I have to let it run as is. Great job Gizmodo!

Last night, Gizmodo was present at a Zune party in New York and shot some video of OTA song sharing and just a little demo of the navigation with a device that seemed to be packed pull of media. The UI “Runs like Butter”, they said!

I am very excited for the release of this device. I have retired my “iPod Hater” stance this year with the purchase over 6 different iPods in the past 6 months, but I will gladly add the Zune to my Music rotation. What is the music rotation, you ask? I have several music players that I use for different occasions. I use my main iPod at work, it stays there in the speaker cradle I use. I use my old Dell DJ Gen 1, the one with the 20+ hour battery life, when I work in the yard. I keep it in my workshop with my lawn tractor and such. I also keep a Dell DJ Mini in my geat bag for trips. It’s only 5gb, but is small as can be and does great in travel.

The Zune is being received with mixed feelings by the media and bloggers, but now that people are starting to get their hands on these, attitudes are getting more positive. Kevin over at JKontheRun post a great post about the recent complaints of the sharing of media with the Xbox 360. The guys over at Gear Live made a post with a the Quote of the Day, Zune, there are countless opinions floating around. My recommendation is for you to get one in your hands (like I did) before passing judgment.”
