• User Interface of the desktop portion has been redesigned to improve user’s experience with the application. PhatPad 4 also includes 7 pre-defined UI themes. 
• PhatPad 4 now fully supports Windows Vista and can be used with any Windows Vista Edition on x86 and x64 PCs.
