Following on from this story about the sideshow feature in Vista and it’s possible applications, it now looks like Philips and Ricavsion are planning to launch Vista remote control. Handy if you have a media centric set up, but because it hooks into the sideshow features of vista
you’ll be able to check eMail and RSS feeds as well as play music or schedule recordings using the remote’s 2.5-inch 320 x 240 pixel screen.
Hang on a minute… 320 x 240 screen in a mobile device… I have one of those. Come on someone, write a set of extensions for Pocket PC devices… please santa… please
