Oh boy, i-mate and their crazy device naming again… I guess it’s a follow up to the Kjam.

The KJAR has a TI OMAP750 CPU, 128MB ROM, 64MB RAM, 2-megapixel camera, miniSD expansion, 802.11b, and Bluetooth 1.2. According to Mobile Mag, the specs on the FCC site show that it’s a tri-band phone, once again, leaving Cingular users in a pickle again.

Unlike the Kjam, this one flips and rotates similar to the JasJar (HTC Universal). I-mate phones have been a hot topic around here lately. Mobility Site has reviewed 2 of their phones recently. The SPL Smartphone and the JAQ3 Pocket PC Phone.

Oh, BTW… This thing is codenamed the Tech Faith Wireless Pam according to the users manual. The manual also has TBD in the weight column of the specs. I was hoping to found out how many Ounces it weighs.
