The cool thing about digital cameras is the ability to view your photos right after you take them. But the screens tend to be very small and hard to view, and you really can’t give the pictures to anyone; you have to go home and print them or email them.

But shortly, ZINK will produce a handhled printer that will print 2 x 3 photos using special paper. There will be no liquid ink, the picture is created by putting varying amounts of pressure on the polymer paper.

Expect the printer to go for a reasonable $99 and the paper for a reasonable $19.95 for 100 pieces.
