PocketPCFreeware has posted another cool application for those of you that are aspiring artists.  PocketPicture will release that inner creativity while you are out and about.

It has following tools:
- Pencil, brushes of different width, gas brush and blur brush
- Selection copying, moving, resizing and cropping
Lines, ellipsis, rectangles
- Flood fill
- Undo for 5 last steps
- Zooming
It requires Microsoft .NET Framework 2 installed. You can download and use it free. Sources available under LGPL license.
