It\'s is possible that the information within this article is now out of date or updated.

On top of letting the lid of the new Windows Mobile 6 naming scheme, I have been given the go ahead to announce that Windows Mobile 6 will be unvieled next week at 3GSM. There will be some new devices announced that you won’t want to miss! What about my old device? Well, that’s up to the manufacturers. I seriously doubt that HP or Dell will upgrade their newer Pocket PCs to Windows Mobile 6. I wouldn’t get my hopes up too much. :(

Some of the features:

  • Better looking e-mail – Yep, HTML Support! Integration with Exchange Server 2007 and more!
  • Read and edit Office documents
  • Windows Vista synchronization – Windows Mobile Device Center makes it much easier!
  • Calendar ribbon – This innovative new feature gives users the ability to understand at a glance the day or week ahead and quickly determine open time on their schedules and with Exchange Server 2007, they can see who is attending a meeting and forward or reply to meeting requests.
  • Web search, e-mail, IM and blogging all together
  • Better Security and Protected content.

There is more to tell about in due time. Stay Tuned.
