HTW Electronics has a cool phone just for you if you are worried about not having enough battery power.  The HTW S116 Solar Mobile Phone  has all of its 47.6×84×0.8 mm surface covered with solar cells to charge it’s Li-Ion battery … cool as long as it is a sunny day!

40 minutes of charging nets you 20-25 minutes of talk time and supposedly is operational in an emergency from the power generated from 5 candles.

Additional features: 1.3 Mpx camera, external memory card slot and 320×240 px QVGA display.
