Sad … but true

CNET Asia  posted a story today about E-Ten offering Windows Mobile 6 upgrades but there will be NONE coming for those loyal HP users.  It looks like all of the faithful that got their hands on the iPaq hw6900, rw6800, rx4000 and rx5000 series of handhelds will have to keep using them with the old Windows Mobile 5.

Why? CNET Asia said HP cited “the potential for long delays, as well as possible carry-over costs” to its customers as reasons for this decision.

Yeah, I really believe that … too bad!
