Back in mid April, Sandisk announced the Sandisk Sansa Shaker. This one was a SD card driven MP3 player designed for kids. I got my hands on one this weekend and here it is!

Read on to see my 4 year old son give it the seal of approval.

The recommended age for the Shaker is 8 years old as indicated on the packaging. Since Friday, he hasn’t put this thing down!

Feature List:

  • Easy to use MP3 player
  • Strong sounding built in Speaker
  • SD Card slot
  • Features two headphone jacks for sharing music
  • Fun interactive MP3 player via Shake feature and navigation bands
  • Very affordable MP3 player
  • Cool colors and packaging to attract younger demographic
