		<description>Yes Resco Photo Viewer for Pocket PC is by far the closest thing you get to having Photoshop on your handheld, and it&#039;s easier to use :)

It&#039;s closest competitor, even if left half a light year behind, is (IMO) Xn-View, which handles just about the same number of formats, and has a few nice edditing features as well, but it lacks the abillity to communicet with PC&#039;s and online Photosites, which is the biggest force for Resco Photo Viewer, and the reason for buying it, if you are into photo viewing and edditing on your PPC.</description>
