AV_WM6_Tasks We have just released an update to Pocket Informant for Smartphone which updates the software to work properly on the Vox Smartphone in landscape and portrait mode.

Grab the free upgrade from here.

Release Log for Pocket Informant for Smartphone 1.3.15

  • Feature: New devices such as the HTC Vox support automatically rotating when the keyboard is pulled out. Pocket Informant for Smartphones will now automatically re-layout all items on the screen to support the WM6 screen rotation feature.
  • Bug: Fixes a problem where Yearly-Nth recurrence patterns were either scheduled incorrectly, or not at all. For instance, creating an appointment for the 2nd Saturday every May. Sometimes this would put the event in April, and at other times it would just get lost.
  • Bug: In monthly view, Goto Date would correctly navigate to the target month but not update the title accordingly.
  • Bug: Until now, category names must have been 2 or more characters to be recognized. Now, single character category names should work.
  • Bug: When in weekly view, Goto date in the future would sometimes cause the display to blank out. This is fixed.
