First HTC Customer Service Center Opens in Taiwan

htclogo2 HTC, the world’s leading provider of Microsoft Windows Mobile-based smart devices, today opened the world’s first HTC Care Customer Service Center ( “HTC Care” ) in Taipei.

The center will provide customers in Taiwan with a comprehensive range of services including personalized consultations on new and existing HTC products, fast and efficient warranty repairs, and other valuable after-sales support. A speedy turn-around time is guaranteed for all service repairs conducted at HTC Care, and customers shall be provided with a temporary replacement phone free of charge during the repair period.

A wide assortment of HTC accessories will be available at the center, and comprehensive product and warranty services will also be offered to Dopod customers.
