When Palm announced the Foleo in May, it didn’t give a definite release date for this device, just that it would be available at some point this summer.

From Brighthand palmfoleo:

According to an anonymous source, though, the first model in Palm’s new Mobile Companion class of products will debut on August 22. This is supposedly the date this device will go on sale on Palm’s web site and its retail stores. The Foleo is expected to be available in Best Buy and other stores starting in November. Palm has already announced what the price will be: $600, but Palm will offer a $100 rebate at its introduction.
