Problems with your iPhone?

broken Do you have a concern or are you having an issue with your iPhone?  You have a new device, something is just not right and you need some help?  Then you probably need to check out these FAQs that Apple has … it just might save you some time, effort, energy and frustration.

There are pretty good FAQs here and well worth looking at if you have purchased or are thinking about getting an iPhone.  For example, If I need to have your iPhone repaired, will you be able to borrow an iPhone to use?

Apple can provide an AppleCare Service Phone for you to use with all of your data while your iPhone is being repaired. The service fee for the AppleCare Service phone is $29.
