aboutquickeo Quickeo is out to change the way all businesses use email. While most emails are simple text with attachments, Quickeo allows users to send any kind of data (e.g. video, audio, PDF, Word or Excel documents, PowerPoint presentations, etc.) all in one message, without size limitations. Senders simply download a small piece of software, and they can create and send what the company is calling “Quickeomails”.

While most file-sharing services allow just one media type and require senders to post content to a public domain (e.g. YouTube, FlickR), Quickeo works with all media types and is for private viewing only. And it doesn’t require recipients to download software.

How can companies use Quickeomails to improve communications?

  • Internal Quickeomails- Example: Sales teams- Regional or national managers can send them to reps, filling each message with information such as data sheets, key selling points, marketing collateral, product photos, commercials, PowerPoint presentations, even personal videos with encouragement and advice (filmed via a Web cam on the sender’s PC). Putting all these
materials into one Quickeomail takes just a few minutes.
  • External Quickeomails- Example: On the outbound side, sales reps can send prospects Quickeomails with relevant product information and personalized thank-you videos after a meeting. Entrepreneurs can woo investors with engaging demos. PR agencies can capture the attention of busy journalists. Even job seekers can submit their resumes in a way that will stand out from all the text-only emails
    flooding the hiring manager’s in-box.

Quickeo is available free at Quickeo
