The Missing Sync for Windows Mobile, v4.0 – Coming Soon!

Mark/Space is hard at work on the next version of The Missing Sync for Windows Mobile, version 4.0. To learn more about what’s in store for this upcoming release, or to try out a pre-release beta build of the software, read on.

 Q: When will version 4.0 be released, and how much will it cost?
A: Version 4.0 of The Missing Sync for Windows Mobile will be released in the third quarter. It will cost $39.95 as a new download or $24.95 as an upgrade. If you purchased v3.0 on or after June 1, 2007, then you will qualify for a free upgrade to v4.0.

Q: Will version 4.0 support new and upgraded devices running Windows Mobile 6?
A: Yes! Version 4.0 of The Missing Sync for Windows Mobile will support devices running Windows Mobile 6.0 Classic, Standard and Professional. The following devices running Windows Mobile 6.0 have already passed initial testing and are expected to work:

  • HP iPAQ Voice Messenger
  • HTC Cavalier
  • HTC S710
  • i-Mate JAQ4
  • i-Mate PDAL

  • Samsung Blackjack (with WM6 upgrade)
  • T-Mobile Dash (with WM6 upgrade)
