curve mobilkom Mobilkom A1 is today introducing the new BlackBerry Curve 8310 smartphone to Austria. The new BlackBerry Curve 8310 is available exclusively in Austria from Mobilkom A1 now and is packed with distinctive BlackBerry smartphone functionality, including comprehensive email capabilities, fast web browsing, and premium phone features, as well as consumer-friendly features such as a 2 megapixel camera, media player and a powerful desktop software suite for managing multimedia content. The BlackBerry Curve 8310 also includes built-in GPS.

The BlackBerry Curve 8310 smartphone offers an unprecedented combination of functions in a single device: Push email, which supports email and attachment handling anytime, anywhere, as well as mobile calendar and contact management functions, which help make working both efficient and flexible. Included with the BlackBerry Curve 8310 smartphone is A1 NAVI – a GPS navigation solution that provides the latest mapping and routing technology using 3-D maps, nighttime mode and an improved search function. In addition, the BlackBerry Curve 8310 smartphone features an integrated camera with 2 megapixel resolution. Also included are a media player and full German QWERTZ keyboard .

The new BlackBerry Curve 8310 smartphone is available from EUR 199.00 with first-time A1 registration on MY NEXT as of 20 August 2007. Customers who buy the new BlackBerry smartphone during the promotional period, which lasts until 31 October 2007, can use A1 NAVI with the BlackBerry Professional data plan for six months at no cost. Thereafter BlackBerry Professional, with a 5 MB data package, is available for EUR 9.00 per month. And those who opt for the A1 NAVI package can continue to use the off-board navigation system throughout Austria after the promotional period expires for only EUR 6.00 per month.
