colligan_logo I have absolutely no question in my mind about the future success of Palm and it was absolutely reinforced with a public reply to Engadget’s open letter to Palm.  If you did not know, Engadget wrote an Open letter to Palm.  Some thought it was harsh, some thought it was right on the mark.  Regardless of what you might feel about the letter … Palm listened and they replied.

I have to admit I am a Palm convert.  I have a 700W and a 750 and I most likely will get another Palm (Windows Mobile) when they release a new one.  Why?  Because they work and they work well for me in virtually every circumstance I am in.  Don’t get me wrong, I still enjoy immensely all my other devices and I switch between them all the time but I always end up carrying a Palm device … for me, that says a lot about the form, function and the practicality of the device.  I can use it one handed, two handed and with no hands using Voice command.  They maintain all my personal information, email, contacts and provide me with moments of game enjoyment when I want.  They just work and they work all the time ….
