The MobilitySite Award process…

MobilitySite has been offering recognition awards to it’s members since it’s inception, and even further back when it’s previous incarnation was Aximsite.  There are plenty of deserving members out there who have not availed themselves of this recognition process, for the simple reason that they did not know about it.  This news item is an attempt to remedy this issue.

Therefore, I encourage all users to visit the Award webpage, and peruse the list of 32 different awards that are available, each of which recognizes a different achievement.  If you feel that you deserve an award based on the definition of that achievement, please feel free to submit a Request form (located to the right of each award) for each award that you qualify for.  Optionally, you can Nominate any other member as well, so if you have a deserving friend or acquaintance among the membership, please feel free to submit a Nomination on their behalf.

In those situations where an achievement relates to having authored multiple articles (like the Bronze FAQ award for having posted 2 FAQ articles), I would ask that each request include the hyperlink(s) of each article as proof of the achievement.  This will allow me to speedily and efficiently confirm the achievement, which will subsequently reduce the time it takes for me to post the award to the awardee’s profile.

If you have any questions or concerns, or wish to nominate or request an Award for those few awards that do not have a regular Request or Nomination form (such “Member of the Month” and “Poster of the Month”), please feel free to send me a Private Message.
