nano The NEW iPod nano has something about it I like …. and I’m not sure just what it is.  I’ve never been intrigued with an iPod before but the new nano has a look I like, a size that is very convenient and the ability to play a lot of video and music on the go and all at a reasonable price.

The 4GB cost of $149 is not too bad but for an extra $50, the 8GB model can hold up to 2000 songs, 7000 photos and 8 hours of video or any combination that suits your fancy.  Being able to play up to 5 hours of video or up to 24 hours of audio on a single charge …. that is very cool!  But, the battery … that is a concern.  How many charges will it take?  Why is it not user replaceable?  Planned obsolescence? I get that uneasy feeling about what probably is a minor issue but it does bother me.  Will that stop me from getting it … not sure.  I think in a moment of weakness, if it was on display, I’d pick it up!  I just like it!
