Other “Necessities”:

Backup Microsoft Outlook (contacts and emails saved to .pst files) Note: Save them to default (usually Application Data” folder), but take the time to save it (also) in another folder in “My Documents” so you KNOW (and can SEE where it is)

Backup your favorites or Bookmarks using MozBackup (freeware for Firefox, Netscape, and Thunderbird) or by Backing up file folders (Internet Explorer)

Use a program like CodeWallet Pro 2006, ewallet, or spb wallet  to manage passwords, software codes, banking information, credit card details, PIN codes, travel plans, insurance policies, registration codes, etc,
