Today must be the day of FIVES!  Hmmm … I just might have to play 5 bucks on Five today!

In any event, it is definitely worth taking a Saturday stroll over to the NEW i-mate site to ooh and aah over the FIVE new devices they have on their NEW Flash based site.  The only problem you will have is trying to decide which device you want … besides wanting all of them!!

I think the website looks great and glad to see they are finally releasing new devices. I have been using a k-jam for the past 2 years and have been waiting for them to release a US HSDPA device. I had to have my k-jam worked on right at the end of my warranty period and got it returned in a very timely manner (2 weeks) from their US service center and for that reason I will be purchasing an Ultimate the minute I decide which one I want! Kudos I-mate.

Some lovely new phones and the website overhaul is pretty sweet to.

    BUT

    And it's a big but...

There is no way on this planet I will be buying another i-mate device as their after sales support is terrible. The whole fiasco over the Windows Mobile 6 upgrade has seriously dented i-mate's reputation as a company who actually gives a stuff about it's customers - They are a company who is driven by selling you a product and then abandoning you to pursue the sale of a new product line.

Sorry. Lovely phones but not for me.
