touchcommanderIt looks like a complete rip of HTC’s TouchFLO Concept, but if you don’t have an HTC Phone with TouchFLO, why not. For $14.95 you can add this to your device.

Touch Commander – a unique application for controlling PDA and smartphones by recognizing and responding to the touch and sweep of a finger across the screen. With Touch Commander in place, you get a one-touch access to phone calls, emails, SMS messages, calendar, appointments, applications and other commonly used content.

The “touchy-feely” effect provided by Touch Commander is much the same as the finger touch scrolling, browsing and spinning a three dimensional interface by the finger in the Touch phone by HTC TouchFLO or Apple iPhone. Touch Commander is customizable, letting you configure many of its settings. Another nice touch in the program is support for any model of PDA powered by Microsoft Windows Mobile 5 or higher. But the biggest specialty, of course, lies in the price, which is nothing compared to the prices of the hi-end phones.

Touch Commander makes a good antidote to the iPhone or TouchFLO envy. As the old English saying goes “If you can’t be with the one you love, love the one you’re with.” You can resist the Apple charmer’s curves and touchy-feely navigation if you install Touch Commander. It’ll make even an old school PDA look and feel so much stylish and fresh!

Get it here… Thanks Jim
